
In Tatarstan, the case of negligence (Article 293 of the Criminal Code) was opened against police officers who twice refused to initiate the case against a local resident who attacked women in the park, according to the website of the Republican Administration of the SK.
According to the investigation, on April 14, a man beat a 19-year-old girl. Twice employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Nizhnekamsk district refused to institute proceedings at the request of the victim, explaining this by the lack of corpus delicti. After the incident, he continued to beat women.
Earlier, local media reported with reference to the victims that in a local park a man was kicking past women. In particular, a pregnant woman became his victim, a young man passed next to her stood up for her. He attacked the second woman when she walked in a park with a four -year -old son.
According to the husband of one of the victims, the man was detained and released by writing out a fine. After public resonance, two things were brought to the man: two episodes of hooliganism (Article 213 of the Criminal Code) and torture (part 2 of Article 117 of the Criminal Code). According to the investigation, two days before attacks in the park, a local resident beat a pregnant woman in the presence of her five children on Urmante Street.
