Here the minister or the governor arrives, they give us new cars. And it's not about cars. Are there any people who can leave for them? There should be 32–33 brigades for Murmansk, and there are 16 of them. Minus resuscitation, “fool”, two children, cardiology - 11 cars remain. Six of them were made covid. Of course, we can’t cope.

We were forced to carry 8-10 people at a time. One boss decided that people can be measured in kilograms. I took a gazelle - there you can transport a ton of three hundred, let's take a few people! We agreed somehow at least by the number of seat belts, no more.

Last year, the governor spoke: 10 young paramedics arrived on an ambulance! Only three of them remained of them, three or four.

And the drivers are all aged, this month three retired. No one wants to work for this money in these conditions. Now there are a lot of ads - vacancies on an ambulance. They promise more than 60 thousand. Apparently, these are the amounts that we must actually receive. But we get 25-30. So 90% works for the idea - those who do not care.

It all started because of the costumes: they forced to put on the back, and some even managed to wash them on the orders of the authorities. So then I recorded the video. Now new costumes give - one for a replacement. Such that after each patient is changed, it does not happen. Masks give gauze by the place. The call, for example, to a heart attack, the brigade rises without costumes, and if there is actually a Covid, it descends again, dresses up and returns. We get sick - go to sick leave.

Let me live one day, but at least I tried to do something, I can’t sit out. The main thing is that people treat normally, understand that it is not us to blame for everything.
