Pskov: Deputies allowed to rally at hospitals
The deputies of the Pskov Regional Assembly allowed a rally near hospitals. At a meeting on July 14, they excluded from the list of locations where it is forbidden to conduct public events, a hundred -meter distance adjacent to medical institutions.
The restriction on protest promotions was lifted, because in June 2020 the Constitutional Court recognized the unconstitutional norm, which prohibits public actions from medical organizations. The complaint to the court was filed by residents of the Samara region.
In November 2019, a ban on rallies near the authorities and schools was canceled in the Pskov region. The ban on promotions at public transport stops, as well as at a distance of less than 100 meters from airports, railway stations and bus stations in the region remained in force.
