The "Noginsky" boarding house was opened back in 1955-like a boarding house for the elderly and people with disabilities. On May 26, after complaints living at high temperature, employees of Rospotrebnadzor came to the institution who took strokes on the Covid-19. On June 2, the ambulance took out the first three people with a confirmed coronavirus infection, Nadezhda says. At the same time, according to Nadezhda and Mary, the employees did not make express tests to coronavirus-even for their own money.

“We asked to purchase [Coronavirus tests], to examine all our employees too. Because some employees began to temperature, they had all the signs of the disease. Yuri Alexandrovich [Pankov] said to us: “And who will work? There is no one to work, there is no one to replace you, ”recalls Nadezhda.

Maria says that at the time of the outbreak, employees lived in the same room with wards. We spent the night with colleagues at an extended hand of four to six people in the same room. According to hope, some employees complained about high temperature and asked for hospitalization. At the same time, as the health worker notes, each hospitalization had to be coordinated with the director, to which most often there was a negative answer. Her words are confirmed by Maria.

“The situation was wrong there,” Pankov does not agree. - When we had infection and Rospotrebnadzor was notified, the department wrote out an order that employees should be on the observation in the institution without leaving it. Having received this notification, we introduced all the employees with him. But some employees decided to arbitrarily leave the institution, violating the order of Rospotrebnadzor. They made such a decision, we did not close the gates to them. All those people who had a malaise, there were no questions from them, they called a doctor. ”

The director of the Noginsky boarding house talks about seven employees who left the boarding house when they were not provided with normal observation conditions. Among them was Maria.

“The director came to us and said that we need to sign the document [from Rospotrebnadzor]. It was written there that we are at the observation. What observation did we have for if we continued to work and live all together? Without normal protection. We decided to leave the boarding house on June 8, because there was a threat to our life. We understood that no one needed us, ”the woman says.

The next day, police officers with the representative of Rospotrebnadzor came to Mary and other six employees and said that “upon request from Pankov, a notification was received” that they had committed an administrative offense and that they needed to appear in the site and testify. To this, the woman said that she could be potentially infected because she returned from the focus of infection. On June 9, Maria and other employees called a doctor at home and made tests on the Covid-19-everyone eventually had negative results.

A relative of the meter, who died of Covid-19, speaks of the undertakenness of the boarding house on the red and clean zones. According to Mikhail Chevtaev, his mother was kept without any symptoms in the coronavirus department - as a contact person.

“In her ward, the woman died, and her mother was placed in the coronavirus department. Why the mother was not transferred to a healthy ward is incomprehensible. It was a month and a half ago. Then my mother called me and said that someone else was taken away with pneumonia, which was due to which she was again put in the coronavirus department. Then, when my mother had already fell ill with coronavirus, her two hospitals were not accepted - and as a result, they took the Lyubertsy on June 15. When I called there, she was in intensive care, and a few days later, on June 19, she died. Nobody informed me of this, I myself called, found out, ”recalls Mikhail.

According to the man, after the death of his mother he was not given her things - only a passport. In the boarding house, his late relative had money for a funeral - about 100 thousand rubles, as well as orders and a pension certificate.

“Why do not give her things, it’s not clear to me. Most of all I want to know after quarantine how it is - a healthy person was kept in the red zone? Why didn’t they transfer her to the general department, where are healthy people? Why did they keep it until the last until it was infected? And what kind of attitude is this? So that they die out there? " - the man is indignant.

Observation in Dorokhovo

On June 9, all employees who worked the third shift, Rospotrebnadzor took strokes to Koronavirus. And two days later, 23 people were taken out on two buses “Skop” for observation in Dorokhovo. According to hope, some employees had the symptoms of coronavirus, but they were put in transport, and then settled with those who felt good and were healthy. Employees asked for control smears, but they refused.

As a result, on June 16-17, employees came the results of the Coronavirus tests taken on June 9. In eight people they were positive, after which they were hospitalized. Some employees had from 50 to 75 percent of lung lesions, says health worker Nadezhda.

TD took a comment from the deputy director for the medical part of the Dorokhovo sanatorium Andrei Yeremeyev. He noted that such a situation when the potentially infected Covid-19 was brought to the sanatorium for the first time since the beginning of the pandemic.

Yeremeyev explains: according to the law, healthy people who were in an epidemic hearth should bring to them. “And here they brought purely contact people, that is, they should not come to us. Or they could, but subject to a negative smear [on coronavirus]. And they handed over the smear on the eve, and then came to us. It turns out that the person who decided to transfer them here, he spreads the infection. ”

The fourth shift

Natalia also says about this: there was no demarcation of the red and clean zone in the boarding house.

Natalia and Olga say that on June 16, all residents and employees took strokes on Koronavirus. A few days later, several days later the positive test results came.

“We were released home on receipt that we are self -isolating. We were not provided with observation, because there was no resolution of Rospotrebnadzor. It came about two weeks later, and then because we, the employees, alternately called the department, ”says Natalia.

“The situation in the boarding house is as a situation in the country,” says Cyril. -For someone, everything is fine, someone on the contrary. For my part, I can say that the boarding house and, in particular, his leadership tried to the maximum to reduce the likelihood of diseases. And the conclusions have yet to be drawn. ”

The representative of the Old Age in Coronaviral time, Olga Balashova, tried to maximize the maximum during the pandemic. According to her, the fund was provided by the boarding house by all the necessary personal protective equipment.

Olga also emphasized that the Old Age in Joy Foundation itself and, with the support of the Timchenko Foundation, provided all the necessary personal protective equipment and antiseptics. Therefore, according to Olga Balashova, there was no shortage of them.

Yuri Pankov notes that today the situation in the boarding house has normalized. “People who were sick are returning from the hospitals, are slowly preparing for work in the same mode.” The director of the boarding house noted that he himself is now on sick leave and he does not have data on the number of sick and dead in the institution.

“There is no mortality at home in Russia”

At the same time, the health worker Nadezhda says that today there is still no talk of any stabilization: living and employees continue to hospitalize with coronavirus every day. Today, according to her, new foci of Covid-19 continue to arise in the boarding house, and the clean zone has now become red. The woman notes: from the last shift from the conditionally clean zone, many sick employees left. She cannot name the exact numbers.

According to the hope, there were no prerequisites that the leadership would behave like that in a critical situation: “There were never such critical situations, and it was not clear how our leadership would behave. The worst thing is that when the director was told that it could be this and that, they warned him repeatedly, he did not want to hear, he always had all his opinion on all his opinion. He thought that his trouble would be bypassed and that all the will of God. ”

Hope, along with other employees, turned to the prosecutor’s office, Rospotrebnadzor and the reception of the president. They hope that the departments will evaluate the actions of the director during the pandemic.
