A person detained at a protest against amendments to the Constitution was arrested for ten days

The Savelovsky District Court of Moscow arrested Alexander Dmitriev for ten days, who was detained for protests against amendments to the Constitution on July 15. This was reported by the telegram channel "Apology of Protest" with reference to the lawyer Mansur Gilmanov, who represented the interests of Dmitriev.

Dmitriev was one of four people who were left overnight at police stations after being detained. He was in the department for the Khoroshevsky district. A protocol was drawn up against him on a violation of the shares that interfered with infrastructure and transport (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

In total, according to OVD-Info, 147 people were detained for actions in Moscow . The detentions began after the protesters, who signed the petition to repeal the amendments, marched along the boulevards.

On July 22, the Moscow City Court upheld the decision to arrest Dmitriev, according to the telegram channel Avtozak LIVE.

• Another participant in the action, Diana Zveryugina, who also stayed overnight in the department, was fined 10,000 rubles by the Khamovnichesky District Court. Roman Neyezhko was fined the same amount by the Ostankino District Court. They also drew up protocols under part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
