A second report was drawn up against Irkutsk activist Pavel Kharitonenko for posting a poster “The government should be replaced, not the Constitution.” MBKh Media writes about this, citing messages from local activists.

Pavel Kharitonenko tied a banner with the above inscription with ropes to the fence near the government building of the Irkutsk region on June 23. A day later, the police came to the activist and drew up a report on him for violating the self-isolation regime.

Now the same banner has become the reason for drawing up a new protocol under the article “painting obscene inscriptions, drawings in public places” of the local law “on violation of public order” ( Article 6 of the law of the Irkutsk region “On administrative liability for certain offenses in the field of maintaining public order ").

Previously, the activist had already hung similar posters with the inscriptions “The thief is still in power” and “Don’t wait for help - the authorities have abandoned us again,” for which he was fined due to “failure to comply with the rules for landscaping the territory.”
