Naryan-Mar: a guards of the kindergarten, where they killed a child, condemned

In the city, the court sentenced the colony of an employee of a private security enterprise to 2.5 years, who in October 2019 missed the 36-year-old Denis Pozdeev to the kindergarten, after which a 6-year-old child was killed in kindergarten. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the SK.

A kindergarten guard was accused of providing services that do not meet security requirements. An employee of the security company did not identify Pozdeev and, without checking the documents, missed him into the kindergarten.

The convicted guard pleaded guilty. He stated that he took Pozdeev for one of his parents.

The murder of a child in a kindergarten in Naryan-Mar occurred at the end of October 2019. A local resident Denis Pozdeev called the intercom and the guard passed him into the territory of the institution. Pozdeev went to kindergarten, where he killed a six -year -old pupil. The police detained the man on the same day. During the first interrogation, he said that he was ordered to kill the child’s “voices in his head”.

After the murder, the head of the local department of education, culture and sports Lina Gushchina and the head of the kindergarten Galina Ovchinnikova resigned .

The court found Pozdeev guilty of murder and sent him for compulsory treatment to a psychiatric hospital. Experts put a mental illness for a man, because of which Pozdeev during the murder did not realize the "actual nature and social danger of his actions."
