Eduard Taran's partner and ex-head of Vinap were arrested in Novosibirsk

The court arrested the Novosibirsk businessman Oleg Yarovoy on suspicion of fraud. He was the chairman of the board of directors of Vinap, managed the Ekran plant of RATM-Holding, and is now engaged in the Omsk housing and communal services, which was previously part of the NPO Mostovik.

According to the interlocutor of the editorial office, the application was submitted by the former general director of the Vinap plant, Yuri Veryasov. The FSB opened a case on the fact of embezzlement, later a suspect was identified. Oleg Yarovoy was the chairman of the board of directors of Vinap OJSC, which produced alcoholic beverages. In 2011, he headed the board of directors of the Ekran plant, which is part of Eduard Taran's RATM-Holding.

According to Kontur.Fokus, now Yarovoy, together with the owner of the Novosibirsk management companies and the Eco-Line garbage carrier Alexander Kharlanov, owns several management companies that service housing and communal services in Omsk. Previously, they were controlled by NPO Mostovik . Yarovaya also owns Krasny Prospekt LLC and Siberian Spaces - the latter company belongs to him together with Eduard Taran and Investsibir LLC, the founders of which are Igor Silnyagin and the Cypriot offshore.
