Scientists studying the statistics of the elections call the past vote on amendments to the Constitution, which, among other things, will allow Vladimir Putin to remain president until 2036, most dishonest over the past 20 years. According to the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), with a reality of 65 % for the adoption of amendments, 77.92 % of voters voted, against - 21.27 %. Immediately after summing up, electoral analysts began to publish graphs proving that this result could be achieved only with the help of large -scale falsifications. For example, according to physicist Sergei Spilkin, in fact, the voter turnout amounted to about 44 %, and the share of those who voted for amendments - about 65 %. That is, only 29.3 million Russians supported amendments to the Constitution.
