In Moscow, at the entrance to the Tverskoy and Meshchansky courts, which are located in the same building, Lusine Minasyan was detained, who planned to attend a hearing on the administrative case of a supporter of the "Civil Society" Mila Zemtsova. This is reported in the Twitter account of the movement itself.
Minasyan tried to film how the bailiffs were dragging Zemtsova into the courthouse, but she was told that filming was prohibited in the courthouse and was detained by force.
Another visitor to the court decided to film what was happening with the members of the “Civil Society”, the man was detained and taken to the same bailiff’s room where Minasyan was, and was soon released without a protocol.
18:28 Minasyan was released with a protocol under the article on non-execution of the order of the bailiff (part 2 of article 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported to OVD-Info by the press secretary of the "Civil Society" Yegor Ilyushkin.
