The requirement to write a commentary was reported to the publication by a school teacher in the Urus-Martan district, Louise, and the head teacher of a school in the Shali district, named Yakha.

According to Louise, she and her colleagues received a link to Kadyrov's publication, under which she was supposed to leave a comment in his support. “We are required to write as many comments as possible under this post, and the sooner the better,” the publication reports her words.

Yakha said that the school director was instructed by a high-ranking official from the Chechen Ministry of Education to report on the number of comments: “Since I am the head teacher, the director sent me a message - it was not yet 09.00 in the morning - and demanded that before 10.00 she be sent information on the number of comments left . I threw off the link on the working groups, but few people responded. So the director wrote to me: “I don’t see any activity!”

Those who do not leave a comment, according to Yakha, can expect “punitive measures”: “If a person is aged, even though he is a great teacher, they will be sent to retire. Or they will put you on a part-time job.”

On July 20, the US State Department banned Kadyrov's wife and two daughters from entering the country due to human rights violations in Chechnya. Kadyrov himself was banned from entering in 2017, having been added to the Magnitsky List.

“By the way, in addition to the older two daughters, I have 12 more children! Feel free to include them in the sanctions lists! And my people will speak for me,” Kadyrov wrote on social networks. After that, the authorities of the republic launched a flash mob "#WeFamilyKRA".
