The senior investigator of the Investigative Committee on Particularly important Ruslan Minihakhmetov, who was delayed in the case of a bribe, but then released, quit the department. It is reported by RBC with reference to the source.

In early July, it was reported that in Moscow in the case of a bribe on an especially large scale (part 6 of article 290 of the Criminal Code), investigator SK Ruslan Minihmetov was detained. According to Kommersant, an entrepreneur Sergey Perevalov, sentenced to 4.5 years of the colony as part of the theft in the construction of Putin’s residence, announced a bribe of 100 thousand dollars. According to the source, when he was in the colony, Perevalov turned to the FSB, saying that he had handed over a bribe to the investigator Miniakhmetov, who guaranteed a conditional term.

The day after the detention, Deputy Prosecutor General Viktor Grin canceled Bastrykin's Decree on initiation of the case. SK this decision appealed to the prosecutor general Igor Krasnov.
