The court recognized the call to the army of the FBK employee Artem Ionov. He is not suitable for military service

The Gagarinsky court recognized the call to the army as an employee of the Corruption Foundation Artem Ionov, despite the fact that he was diagnosed with asthma. This was reported by the correspondent of "MBH Media".

The judge refused the support of the side of the defense, in particular, she refused to suspend his service in the army. Representatives of the draft commission stated at the meeting that the certificate of the disease was “unreadable”, and the call was legally carried out. According to them, Ionov allegedly independently expressed a desire to serve.

“Ionov personally arrived in the commissariat and got into military registration, before that he evaded military service, according to the results of the commission was recognized as suitable for the service, did not declare any complaints about the disease, did not declare disagreement with the decision of the commission,” representatives of the draft commission said.

Lawyer of the FBK Alexei Molokoedov said that the court decision will be appealed. He also said that the last time Ionov got in touch on July 13 from the Amur Region. Where the FBK employee is now located is unknown.

Earlier, Ionov was “pissed off at the house” and took him to the distribution point in the city of Zheleznodorozhny, Moscow Region, lawyers were not allowed to do. Ionov filed a lawsuit about the illegality of actions, from that moment on all the actions on the call should have stopped.

After that, Ionov was sent to military service, despite the fact that he is not suitable for her - he was diagnosed with asthma.

In a similar way, another FBK employee Ruslan Shavedininov was taken into the army. In December 2019, he had a search, after which he was taken away to serve on the New Land archipelago in the Arctic Ocean.
