The Ministry of Internal Affairs proposed reducing to ten days a consequence of crimes committed in "conditions of obviousness"

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has developed a bill on a ten -day investigation for crimes of small or medium severity committed in the "Evidence conditions", writes Kommersant.

According to the bill, when investigating such crimes, it will be possible not to interrogate witnesses, examinations, and so on, which will reduce the term of the investigation.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the bill will accelerate the operation of the criminal proceedings and “ensure that the right of the Russian Constitution of Russia is guaranteed to access to justice and compensation for damage caused by the Constitution”.

At the same time, the mandatory consent of the applicant and the person, to which the investigation will decide to apply a special procedure for pre -trial production, is not necessary.

The Prosecutor General did not support the offer of the department, saying that the investigation would have to be eliminated by the prosecutor or the judge.
