In Yaroslavl, Aleksey Yakovlev, editor-in-chief of the Regnum agency, was charged with an article on fake news. This was reported on the website of the news agency itself.
The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Yaroslavl Region opened an administrative case under an article on the dissemination of deliberately false socially significant information in the media under the guise of reliable information (part 9 of article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). “Unreliable” seemed to the security forces the publication in Yakovlev’s personal telegram channel “Uncle Lyosha” dated April 1, 2020. In it, he contrasts the construction of a new infectious diseases hospital and the salaries of medical staff in Moscow with the situation in Yaroslavl, when ordinary hospitals are converted into infectious diseases departments, doctors work for standard salaries, and doctors en masse refuse to work in such conditions.
