Ukhov is charged with publishing a photo of voting on amendments to the Constitution from the trunk of a car.

“The regional Ministry of Internal Affairs had complaints about the publication of false information under the guise of reliable. We made a huge number of publications - supporters, readers sent us photographs of voting on stumps, in trunks, and so on. In one, they found a discrepancy between the address on the photo and the written address. In fact, the address there is of this site, the site is at the school, and the commission went to a different address and there people vote on the trunk, ”Ukhov quotes the publication.

• On July 16, the Leninsky District Court of Perm dismissed the administrative case against Ukhov, initiated in the wake of an action in support of the defendants in the case of a mannequin with Putin's face. At the exit from the court, several policemen handed Ukhov four subpoenas, including a summons to the police as part of an article about fake news.
