Roskomnadzor posted the protocol on Znak.com for a link to the obscene poem by Sergey Shnurov

Roskomnadzor drew up an administrative protocol for Znak.com for publishing the material with reference to the post of singer Sergey Shnurov, which contained mat. This was reported by the MBH Media by the chief editor of the publication Dmitry Korzev.

Korzev noted that the protocol was compiled under part 3 of Article 13.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (the spread of media products containing obscene abuse). Previously, Korzeva was called to Roskomnadzor to draw up a protocol for the publication of the news “cords criticized stars campaigning for amendments to the Constitution”, which gave a link to the obscene poem by Shnurov:

Today, the leaders of the Russian media wrote an appeal to the head of Roskomnadzor Andrei Lipov with a request to explain on what grounds administrative cases are initiated against publications for the distribution of materials containing obscene abuse when placing hyperlinks on third -party sites.
