The Presnensky District Court fined five activists 20 thousand rubles each for participating in pickets near the building of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and for the march after their release from the police department. This was reported by MBKh Media.
Emil Yunusov and Oleg Dzutsev were fined for participating in the procession. For pickets at the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Kristina Timakova and Dmitry Kisiev. Dmitry Ivanov was fined 40 thousand rubles under two protocols at once, for both actions. The court found all of them guilty of violating the rules of participation in public events (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code).
On June 5, rallies for freedom of assembly and the release of previously arrested activists were held in Moscow and St. Petersburg. In Moscow, police detained 15 people.
After being released from the police department, supporters of the “Unlimited Protest” held a procession on the way out of the department. No one was detained at the procession itself, but in its wake the police drew up reports on six activists: Anna Loiko , Dmitry Ivanov, Matvey Alexandrov, Oleg Dzutsev, Emil Yunusov and Samariddin Radzhabov .
