The alleged organizer of a motor rally in support of Azerbaijan was arrested in Voronezh

In Voronezh, the alleged organizer of the motor rally with the flags of Azerbaijan was arrested for two days (part 2 of article 20.2). Seven more people who participated in the action were fined 10,000 rubles. The police also compiled 10 materials on administrative offenses. This is reported by the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The rally took place on July 19. A column of two dozen cars with Azerbaijani flags drove through the center of Voronezh, the drivers honked and shouted "Azerbaijan."
