The number of coronavirus cases in Russia exceeded 800 thousand
The number of accumulated cases of coronavirus in Russia during the pandemic exceeded 800 thousand people. It took almost two months to double: the threshold of 400 thousand was crossed on May 31.
According to the Moscow headquarters, by July 24, 800,849 cases of coronavirus were detected in Russia, of which 212,000 remain active.
The number of newly detected cases has been below 6,000 for the fifth day. Today it is 5811 people.
Over the past day, 154 people have died (13,046 in total), 8,444 have recovered.
