Open Russia coordinator released from observatory in Khabarovsk

Chelyabinsk coordinator of Open Russia Denis Ibragimov was released from the observatory in Khabarovsk, reports MBH Media with reference to the coordinator of Human Rights Postcard Alexey Pryanishnikov.

“Yesterday they brought him a document in which he immediately agreed to take a coronavirus test and to voluntarily stay in the observatory. He and I jointly refused to sign such a document. They formulated a separate document - consent to take a coronavirus test, he signed it, and passed the test. Today the result came, the result is negative. He notified the administration and the observatory doctors that he had filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office and an administrative claim. The day before, the defense filed a lawsuit to declare the decision on Ibragimov’s forced isolation illegal.
