A participant in the camp against construction in Barvikha was detained and taken to court

Police officers in Barvikha (Moscow region) detained Maxim Yeltsov, a participant in a camp against the construction of PremiumStroy LLC in a local pine forest. This was reported to OVD-Info by comrade Yeltsov.

The police charged Maxim Yeltsov with disobedience to the lawful order of a representative of the authorities (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), detained him and took him to court. His phone was immediately taken away.
