The interlocutor of the agency added that the audit is carried out, different versions of the causes of the incident are considered, including injury from pyrotechnic devices.

According to the BNK, the victim is a resident of Syktyvkar, a war veteran, marine cormer Dmitry Chemalin. In Severomorsk, he was on a business trip. The soldier is in intensive care. According to the publication, a fragment of a shell “flew” into the head of Chemalin - he received fractures of the jaw, the temporal part and the back of the head, and also lost a lot of blood.
