FBK director Ivan Zhdanov was fined 100 thousand rubles due to his refusal to remove “He’s not Dimon to you”

The justice of the peace in Moscow fined the director of the Anti-Corruption Foundation Ivan Zhdanov 100 thousand rubles for refusing to remove the film “He is not Dimon to you” from YouTube. It is reported by MBH Media.

The FBK director was found guilty under the article on malicious non-execution of a court decision (part 2 of article 315 of the Criminal Code). At the same time, the prosecutor's office also demanded that Zhdanov be banned from holding leadership positions for three years.

The case for non-execution of the court decision was initiated in the summer of 2019, after mass protests took place in Moscow against the inadmissibility of independent candidates for elections to the Moscow City Duma. At the same time, FBK reported that it had complied with the instructions to remove the film. However, the founder of the Foundation, Alexei Navalny, refused to remove the investigation from his personal YouTube channel.
