FBK was twice fined 300 thousand rubles under the article on “foreign agents”

The Simonovsky District Court of Moscow imposed a fine of 300 thousand rubles on the Alexei Navalny Anti-Corruption Foundation under the article on foreign agents (Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). It is reported by MBH Media.

According to the court, the Navalny Live YouTube channel should have indicated that FBK has the status of a “foreign agent”. According to the FBK lawyer, this constitutes an administrative offense. “FBK does not post any information on the Navalny Live channel, the channel itself is financed from other sources,” FBK lawyer Alexander Pomazuev said at the meeting.
