Dear editors!
I had no doubt that the adoption of an updated version of the Constitution would give a powerful impetus to the development of our country, and I did not lose! Not even a month has passed since the completion of the nationwide voting, like our president, now confident in the possibility of continuing to work for the benefit of the Motherland for a long time, decided to look beyond the horizon of 2024, to establish more distant goals so that the country rushes to the radiant heights of progress and civilization.
Already on July 13, 2020, Vladimir Vladimirovich at a meeting of the Council on Strategic Development said that it was necessary to set national tasks for the next decade. The President identified three large blocks of such tasks and, speaking of the unit of self -realization of people, noted: “Russia should be one of the world leaders in the quality of general education, in terms of scientific research and development.” It is said - done: on July 21 a decree on national development goals was issued.
True, not everyone is ready to hear what is said. I recently talked with one colleague, a man of liberal views; He, as usual, carried any blizzard: Khabarovsk, Furgal, the arrests of journalists and political scientists, three -day elections, torture in the “New Greatness” case and all that. I answer him: “Yes, there are always flaws, the same Furgal had to sit in the governor's chair for a long time, but in prison. But look, what are the most priority tasks of our state now? Health, education, science. " And then he exploded. “You,” he says, “Vanya, are kidding, or what?! In what science was priorities?! In the May decree of 2018, it was said that by 2024 Russia should enter the five lead countries, and in the last decree-that we should not fall out of 2030 out of tens, in which we are in a number of indicators and so we are. So the Ministry of Finance will not give money. Everything, midnight, arrived, the carriage turns into a pumpkin! ”
Well, what can you say? Despite scientific degrees and titles, our brother often does not like to turn on. But it is impossible to ignore the surrounding reality to such an extent! We live in the era of pandemia, which flashed around the world and is not going to subside. Yes, thanks to the incredible efforts of the authorities, Russia dignifiedly met this threat, was able to get out of the test with minimal losses, while we all saw what was happening in New York and some European countries. But a certain damage to our economy was inflicted, so it will now be difficult for us to compete with leading powers. Therefore, somewhere you will have to be more modest for purposes and aspirations. This is time.
And two - Vladimir Vladimirovich, unlike us, looks far into the future. Not one decade ahead. Everything is quite alarming there. I am not only about the upcoming climatic disasters, but also about the subject of the tireless care of our national leader - about demography. The new epoch -making decree, of course, set the task of ensuring sustainable growth in the population, and the faithful associates of the President Ramzan Akhmatovich and Vladimir Rudolfovich show us an example, but in general the task of ensuring the population growth is not easy, oh is not easy.
The people do not want to multiply with us, and there are not so many external human resources. Crimea is already ours, well, still the DPR with the LPR, completely on the little things - Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Yes, in fact, even moving here all Tajikistan will not radically change anything. Of course, there are conversations that with the demographic situation the problem of poverty, uncertainty in tomorrow and difficulties with the health of the nation. But these are all nonsense: our situation is exactly the same as in Italy, Spain and Japan - the population, which is buried and affected by the virus of liberalism, is not particularly prone to self -reproduction. If you look at really poor countries, we will see that everything is completely different there.
In the same Nigeria, the inhabitants multiply so that you will see any-way. Recently, I read that the results of one study say - Nigeria by 2100 will be the second largest country in the country. Russia, along with Spain, Italy and Japan, predicts a serious drop in the number of inhabitants. It seems that by the end of the 21st century, India, Nigeria and Pakistan, but not Russia, will be adjacent to the top five leading countries with the United States and China. Our great president understands this and, accordingly, sets realistic goals. Moreover, we note that the goal of “being in the top ten” in 2030 does not exclude the hit in the five in 2024, at least for a while. But in the future, it all depends on us, and not on the state budget: only a return to traditional values and producing children, raising them in the spirit of patriotism - a healthy cell of society - will give us a historical chance of leadership in the XXII century.
