- Alcozack is another restriction that fits into the concept of “twisting of nuts” against motorists. For more than ten years every six months, the State Duma tightened the punishment for violating traffic rules, including struggling with drunkenness at the wheel. Now the driver, who was caught in a state of intoxication, can receive up to five punishments at the same time: administrative arrest, deprivation of rights, evacuation of the car to a parking lot, a fine and a re -expression in the traffic police. At the same time, according to official statistics, since 2008, the number of accidents due to the fault of drunken drivers in the country increased by 78.8%. The question arises -
Deputies are fighting drunkenness behind the wheel or are trying to come up with more and more ways to get money from the driver for violation?
Alcozack is another bribery initiative that is not related to security or to fight drunkenness and will not work at all, since it is very easy to deceive, for example, asking any friend or passerby to pass a test for you. At the same time, another pressure parameter for motorists is added: the inspector will be able to check whether the machine is equipped with an alcohol, and in the absence, finish or ask for a bribe. In addition, with the introduction of this norm, several levels of control over its observance will probably be invented at once: supervision, verification and reporting.
Whether alcohol will be required in Russia for everyone or only for a separate category of citizens is not yet clear. In the first case, non-people receive a completely unnecessary system, for which they will have to directly or indirectly pay: either the alcohol will increase the cost of the car, or the cost of the car will not change, but the factories, trying to save, refuse some details, for example, a spare wheel.
You need to understand that in the operation of the blocking system, failures will take place, and, using it by non -freezing, the machine can suddenly stop.
Alcohols have long been used in other countries, but in them, as a rule, the implementation system of these devices is well thought out. So, in Finland, alcohols are required to establish only alcohol -dependent people by the court sentence. The country has a tough monopoly on alcohol, but people recognized as addicted have a discount from the state to buy alcohol and can do it at any time of the day. Of course, it is also simple to get around the alcohol, but people try not to do this, since they are not kept in fear, they have a different motivation, therefore they are more loyal to the state.
