Police in Vladivostok drew up a protocol on the organization of the action in support of Sergey Furgal

Employees of OP No. 5 of Vladivostok drew up a protocol for a local resident Kirill Chistyakov under an article on the organization of a public event without submitting a notification (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Chistyakov himself spoke about this ATD-Info.

Police considers Chistyakov the organizer of the “political subbotnik”, which was held on July 25 in Vladivostok on the Square of Trege fighters Square.

“He stole leaflets calling for a political subbotnik on the central square of Vladivostok, namely organized a public event without submitting a notification in the prescribed manner,” the police in the protocol write.

The police plans to consider Chistyakov’s case in court the very next day, July 30. A resident of Vladivostok was awarded the obligation to turn to the police, from where they are going to deliver him to the meeting.

Chistyakov also said that on July 28, the police twice came to his house, and then also called. All this is to make sure that he will come to the department for presenting the protocol.

Kirill Chistyakova and Svetlana Lutsuk was detained on July 24 due to the stiffening of leaflets with information about the “political subbotnik”, which was planned for July 25 in Vladivostok.

The detainees do not consider themselves the organizers of the action, and the police initially released them with the obligations about the turnout to draw up protocols under the article on damage to other people's property (7.17 Code of Administrative Offenses).

However, later their cases were re -qualified, and Lutsuk was already detained on July 28 to deliver to the court. The court then returned the materials to the police to correct the shortcomings.

July 30. The court returned the administrative case of Chistyakov to the police. As Chistyakov specified, the police plans to make a request to the city administration about whether the action agreed. Also, in the framework of the case, they will conduct a linguistic examination of the seized leaflets.
