The Dmitrovsky City Court of the Moscow Region terminated the administrative case under the article on violation of the self-isolation regime against the photographer Konstantin Salomatin. This was reported by the press service of the Memorial Human Rights Center.
The judge referred to the lack of corpus delicti.
Salomatin and Memorial's lawyer Natalya Morozova, who represents him, believe that the security forces deliberately hindered the journalist's professional activities and violated his right to freedom of speech.
