On the fact of the death of the arrested, an audit is carried out, the department said. The police stated that the arrested for 10 days became ill for a person, and employees of the special receiver immediately called an ambulance. Doctors tried to save him, but could not.

Now investigators find out all the circumstances and reasons for the death of the arrested. The criminal case has not been instituted at the moment.

In March of this year, a 19-year-old detained resident of the Aginsky district was found in the isolator of the police department in Transbaikalia. Local media reported that the detainee, who was suspected of killing a peer, committed himself. However, the detainee did not comment on the SC, noting that on April 5, police found the body "without signs of violent death."
