More than 100 equity holders were injured during the construction of the microdistrict near Novosibirsk

A new large object has appeared in the Novosibirsk region, whose interest holders cannot get housing. The Rainbow microdistrict in Verkh-Tula was planned to be populated back in 2016. People were promised to build eight four -story houses and create a developed infrastructure, but now only three have been surrendered.

The construction of the Rainbow began in 2012. This microdistrict is the project of LLC "Croup" Basis-Stroy ". On the territory they were supposed to build houses for 9.5 thousand inhabitants, two kindergartens, a school, a clinic and a shopping center were provided.

Residents told Taiga.info that three houses that have already been built and commissioned are “falling apart”, and warranty obligations are allegedly not fulfilled. The developer promised to build a sewer collector, but in the end they limited themselves to a cesspool, the smell of which interferes with people, noted one of the interlocutors.

Another shareholder Olesya (the name changed at her request) called the builders "scammers with ties." She turned out to be one of the few who decided to seek a refund: “Fortunately, I am no longer a shareholder and I don’t even want to remember these scammers. No one helped me. I went around everything in its time, including TV and the court. The money was returned only last year and then they owe more. ”

In the official group of the VKontakte microdistrict on behalf of the community, positive posts are regularly published with photographs of people who are called new customers.

“How are we happy with new customers. Thank you for your trust and your choice, ”the developer writes.

At the end of July 2020, the initiative group of the victims turned to the deputy of the Legislative Assembly Gleb Popovtsev. “The construction company has not fulfilled its obligations, and now people live in unfinished houses,” he said.

“The situation is difficult, we will solve it together with the Ministry of Construction. The problem is that developers are bankrupt and unscrupulous builders, ”said Taiga.info Popovtsev.

In the official register of deceived equity holders, which is published by the Ministry of Construction of the region, only two buyers of apartments in Rainbow. But, according to preliminary information of the deputy, at least 120 equity holders were injured. At the same time, the initiative group of residents is only being formed - before they tried to solve the problem with the developer.

In 2019, the Ministry of Construction excluded from the register of problem facilities house No. 17/5 in the Rainbow microdistrict in connection with the restoration of the rights of citizens' rights.

LLC “Croup“ Basis-Stroy ”, according to the Contour-Focus service, belongs to Nadezhda Zibnitskaya, Alexander Semenov and Olga Varlamova. Among the founders of the company was Vadim Zibnitsky. Nadezhda Zibnitskaya is also listed as a co -founder of the parish of the “Temple in honor of the Icon of the Mother of God“ Sovereign ”by the Novosibirsk Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church, along with the head of the City Hall and several businessmen. The preparation of the construction of the temple in the village of Leninskoye "Bazis" reported back in 2013.

Zibnitskaya worked for some time in the company "Unconsenstroy". LLC Unicon, recall, is connected with the former vice-governor Vladimir Anisimov.

The website of the Novosibirsk Ministry of Construction says that back in 2015, the Rainbow project entered the program “Housing for the Russian Family”, only its developer was called CJSC “ Zapsibzoloto ”.
