The court fined the defrauded shareholders for participating in the action

The Presnensky District Court of Moscow found guilty under the article on violation of the rules for participation in the action (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) the defrauded equity holders in connection with participation in the protest action. This was reported by a lawyer from OVD-Info Dmitry Zakhvatov.

Natalya Sharaeva, Viktor Volkov, Dmitry Pigidin and Vladislav Chuikov received fines in the amount of 10 thousand rubles.

• Peaceful protesters were detained on June 25 in Moscow during a protest on Vozdvizhenka. In the department, protocols were drawn up for defrauded equity holders under articles on participation in an uncoordinated action that caused interference with the functioning of infrastructure (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and on violation of requirements aimed at ensuring a high alert regime (article 3.18.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Moscow). In the department, the detainees were provided with legal assistance by a lawyer from OVD-Info Dmitry Zakhvatov.
