The participant of the movement "Citizens of the USSR" was sent for compulsory treatment

The Krasnodar Regional Court sent Tamara Orlov for compulsory treatment. About this writes "MBH Media". Information is confirmed on the court website.

A criminal case was opened under an article on calls for extremist activity (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code). According to experts involved during the investigation, in the rollers that Orlova laid out on a YouTube channel, "are encouraging the formation of social, racial and national hostility."

Before the verdict, the supporter of the “citizens of the USSR” was kept in jail, as the press service of the court reports. However, at the end of June, Orlova laid out on the channel a fresh video called "Bloody Libe - the sacrifice of children to use their blood in ritual rites."

The court recognized Orlov to be insane and issued a decision to appoint her forced measures of a medical nature

In connection with insanity, Orlov was exempted from criminal liability.

• In February, in the framework of the case against Orlova, a search came to the leader of the “Citizens of the USSR” in Krasnodar Marina Melikhova. After the search, Melikhov was hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital.
• “Citizens of the USSR” - a movement uniting fighters for the restoration of the rights of citizens of the USSR. The followers of the organization believe that the Union continues to exist, and the Russian Federation is a "trading company". Some of the participants in the “citizens of the USSR” abandon any connections with Russia as a state, for example, do not sign any documents, notify local authorities about the need to release their posts.
