We had two autumn cyclones in a row, during which there was an increase in wind - not short -term and squalled, but a long autumn. This happens only due to the fact that a cyclone stands over Scandinavia-it determines the weather. Where [cyclones] is not, for example, in central Russia, the weather is hot.
Our weather in August will be close to normal, and the amount of precipitation will be below the norm. But the beginning of the month is expected with rains and cyclones, the weather will be approximately the same as now. The maximum temperatures during August will be in the region of +20 degrees. I think that you can still wait for warm periods, but at the beginning of the month - short -term rains all the time.
You can no longer count on strong heat this summer, but up to +25 degrees the air will warm up. In the second half of August, dry and warm weather is expected.
