
The independent festival of modern drama "Lyubimovka" announced a short list, which includes the works of St. Petersburg authors.

According to the theater critic and Rider “Lyubimovka” in 2020 Anna Banasyukevich, many work from the short list “attract attention to a clear social accent and political charge”.
Other plays included in the short list can be viewed on the festival website.
From September 5 to 12, the selected plays will be read in the new theatrical space “8/3” at Gogol Center in Moscow in compliance with safety measures. Spectators will be able to discuss work with authors and theatrical critics.
