In the regions of Siberia, 793 cases of coronavirus infection are confirmed per day. The total number of cases reached 75666, follows from the data of the regional headquarters on July 30.
27 people died per day (most of all - seven patients - died in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Altai Territory). Thus, at least 1361 people died in Siberia, according to Taiga.info's estimates.
From the data of Rosstat it follows that the authorities do not always report the deaths associated with coronavirus. The statistics were most understood in the Novosibirsk and Omsk regions. The Novosibirsk Minister of Health argued that the delay between the actual death and its introduction to statistics could be two to three weeks.
In Russia, more than 834.49 thousand infected were recorded, 13802 people died, about 629 thousand were recovered. The country was released in the second or third place in the world in the number of cases, but the mortality officially declared by the authorities is much lower than in other countries with a similar number of those who sick. Now Russia is in fourth place.
Against this background, Russian President Vladimir Putin removed the federal regime of “non-working days”, who replaced quarantine, from May 12, transferring all the restrictions on the level of the regions, and also announced on June 24 the parade in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Putin also appointed “all -Russian voting” on a change in the Constitution on July 1, which will now allow him to run for president until 2036. The authorities of the Siberian regions began to weaken the introduced restrictions, despite the growth of the spread of the epidemic.
