According to Navalny's calculations, in the eight years from 2011 to 2018, Degtyarev declared only 31.5 million rubles of income. His family does not have super income either: until recently, his mother and father worked as doctors in Samara.

According to Navalny, Degtyarev "together with Zhirinovsky is engaged in the fact that for money he works like a kind of opposition." And he connects the receipt of both assets with the participation of Degtyarev in the elections of the mayor of Moscow in 2013 and 2018.
