Immediately after the weakening of quarantine restrictions, many visitors asked to put on masks of visitors-even beauty salons and fitness centers. The gloves were remembered less often. But over time, the control is weakened. Employees still wear masks, visitors - no. In restaurants, only the staff observed the mask-duct regime from the very beginning. The input temperature is also not checked everywhere. Also until recently it was in stores. They forgot about masks even in the branches of the Russian Post.

By June 9, when self -isolation was officially canceled in Moscow, about 94% of buyers were bore in stores, 68% in mid -July, said the head of the Department of Trade and Services of the Moscow Government, Alexei Nemeryuk.

But at the end of July, the authorities decided to strengthen control. Started with raids in the Moscow metro. Checks do not come to us yet, but they began to bring notifications from the administrations. They say that the chief sanitary doctor of Moscow received an order to close trading facilities if personnel or buyers are without masks and there will be no disinfection in the room. The lowered mask is equal to the absence of a mask. The notification says that the checks of the checks are opened from July 30. In the regions, control also intensified, checks come. Apparently, they resort to administrative measures to prevent the increase in the number of sick people.

Therefore, we decided to increase the degree of intensity, asked Rospotrebnadzor and the police to actively participate. ”

As if the announcement of the “reinforcement”, on July 31, Nemery, said that retailers alone during the pandemic received fines for 300 million rubles. In total, 6 thousand stores were fined. Two of them closed.

As violators are punished

Individuals for appearing in a public place without a mask faces a fine of 4 to 5 thousand rubles. For companies, fines for violation of the glove-gas regime are much higher :

• for directors - from 10 to 50 thousand rubles (with a second violation - from 300 to 500 thousand rubles or a ban on working as a director for a period of a year to three years);
• for individual entrepreneurs - from 30 to 50 thousand rubles (with a second violation - from 500 thousand to 1 million rubles or a ban to work for up to three months);
• For LLC - from 100 to 300 thousand rubles (from 500 thousand to 1 million rubles or a ban on work for up to three months).

Entrepreneurs are also required to disinfect the premises, provide employees and customers with antiseptic agents, monitor a distance of 1.5 m in the queue.

About checks are now written in closed groups and chats. Apparently, they lowered some kind of resolution. I hope this will not last long and we will return to the normal mode of operation.

Is it worth waiting for the return of other restrictions, re -closing companies from the service sector? As early as July 10, Svyaznoy received a warning that the checks will begin on July 30. The day before this date, Vladimir Putin called for "doing everything to try to avoid re -introduction of the restriction regime, all the more large -scale, at the expense of preventive proactive measures." Sergei Sobyanin is a little less optimistic than in early July (then he said that removing restrictions did not lead to an increase in incidence), but still expects to avoid a new outbreak.
