The main external sign of the Belorussian summer-2020 is a queue. Previously, these were queues for the tables of signature collectors, then queues with complaints in the CEC, queues in the post office with the same complaints, lines to the store of goods with national symbols. Since Friday, new five -kilometer lines have appeared in Belarus - on the border with Russia.

The difference is that the new lines arose without any participation of Belarusians - on July 31, Russia unilaterally introduced them, without any official documents and notifications. On the website of the Russian border service, the last news dates from June 19 and concerns the seizure of black caviar from the trade turnover. Since then, nothing new, one must think, has not happened on the borders.

Unless the press service of the Belarusian Embassy in Russia approves with reference to the FSB border department in the Smolensk region, that the introduction of control is related to the implementation of the instructions of the headquarters to combat coronavirus: the passenger traffic has increased and requires additional control.

The Belarusian Foreign Ministry sent a note to the Russian Foreign Ministry on Friday. Belarusian diplomats and border guards do not know anything in the same way, like drivers, stuck in lines for a long time. Drivers, of course, are a conspiral people. They directly associate the introduction of control on the border with the detention of 33 militants of the Wagner PMC in the Belarusian sanatorium. True, in such a situation it would be more logical to introduce such measures to the Belarusian side, and not the Russian one. But the Belarusian authorities regarding their own borders are boring, like babies, and only are busy catching local activists and who came to visit the mother of political strategists.

Vitaly Shklyarov was detained on the same day when the fighters of the “PMC Wagner”, on July 29. All state propaganda was occupied by participants in hostilities, but ONT television channel still managed to imprison the plot with the hidden shooting of the interrogation of one of the accused in the case of Tikhanovsky-the administrator of the “Country for Life” group on social networks, Russian citizen Dmitry Popov. Popov tells an incredible story about how once in St. Petersburg he was attacked by unknown people: they stuffed it into a minibus, threatened and demanded that he be contacted who would contact him soon. And then Sklyarov contacted the fake account with Popov and gave the task to go to Belarus and work in the Tikhanovsky team. By the way, shortly before the arrest, Dmitry Popov recorded a video that he asked to publish, if he stopped contacting. There he says:

"Hi all. My name is Dmitry Popov. I am a citizen of Russia. I am now in Belarus. And the Belarusian cops are trying to hang a criminal case against me on the fact of either murder or weapons. ”

Popov stopped in touch on the evening of June 4 - five days after the arrest of Tikhanovsky. Most likely, it was in these five days that the video was recorded. A few days later it became known that he was detained under the mozyr, awarded 15 days of arrest and taken to Minsk to the temporary detention center. And after 15 days, they transported a pre -trial detention center and a criminal charges under Article 342 (“Organization of actions grossly violating public order”). Judging by the shooting, he should now become the main witness to the accusation against Vitaly Shklyarov - he allegedly drew attention to the work of Popov in the Russian scanner project and offered work in the “country for life”.

Shklyarov himself came to his native Gomel recently - to stay with her mother and leave her son until the end of her holidays. On July 29, he entered the market for watermelon and did not return. By the way, he has not yet been charged, but the preventive measure has already been chosen - the content in custody for a period of two months.

Vitaly Shklyarov was detained as part of the case of Tikhanovsky. The plot on the state television channel does not say anything about the accusation of Shklyarov, but a pathetic phrase sounds : “Obviously, he has to explain why he introduced his agents into the election headquarters, as he mobilized around the Tikhalovsky protest, and most importantly, in whose interests.” Svetlana Tikhanovskaya said the next day that she did not know the political strategist and that her headquarters never collaborated with him.

By the way, on the day of the arrest of Shklyarov and the Wagnerian sensation, changes occurred in the case of Tikhanovsky. He was also charged with part 3 of Article 130 (“inciting racial, national, religious or other social enmity or growth”) - from 5 to 12 years in prison. In addition, in relation to Sergey Tikhanovsky, Nikolai Statkevich and other bloggers and activists in jail, a new criminal case was instituted on the fact of preparation for riots (Article 293 of the Criminal Code).

Now the case is small-to tie with some cunning sea knot of Tikhanovsky, an election campaign, the “Wagner PMC” and the political strategist Shklyarov.

Well, of course, the mass riots-the Belorussian regime tested this article in the 2010 election, after which all presidential candidates and members of the headquarters were arrested, and many received terms from two to six years.

The fact that the case has also begun in relation to him under Article 130, Sergey has not received an official notification today. There were no investigative actions for about a month.

The news that Belarusian television shows him as a person who is connected with the detained “militants” from Russia, and that the “country for life” allegedly worked under the control of a Russian political strategist Shklyarov, Sergey learned with great surprise. Such facts from his biography are unknown to him. ”

I suspect that the Fighters of the PMC is also unlikely to know the surname of Tikhanovsky and the video blog “The country for life”. Nevertheless, 33 citizens of Russia, detained on the night of July 29 in the Belarusian sanatorium near Minsk, are still in custody.

And 33 detainees are no longer in the center of isolation of the offenders, where they were brought immediately after the detention. Now they are contained in some secret and more comfortable place. According to the Russian Ambassador to Belarus, Dmitry Mezentsev, the Russian Ambassador to Belarus on the air of the Russia 1 channel, “citizens” transferred to another place of detention with the explanation that their conditions there will be more comfortable and provided, as far as possible in the penitentiary institution, good conditions of the detention. ” Since Belarusian prisons are not different in terms of comfort, we can only assume that we are talking about the resettlement of Russians to the barracks of one of the parts of the internal troops - under the protection of socially close ones. Moreover, Mezentsev did not discuss the situation at all with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, but with the Minister of Internal Affairs Yuri Karaev, who promised more comfortable conditions of detention.

According to Mezentsev, the Russians were in no way involved in the socio-political situation in Belarus and did not plan to stay there at all: they had to fly from Minsk to Istanbul on July 25, but were late for the aircraft. The Russian consul in Belarus Kirill Pletnev on the air of the same “Russia” said that the consular department employees had already visited the detainees and that each of the 33 Russians presented a copy of the resolution on the application of a preventive measure in the form of detention. And in the report of the Telegram channel of the Investigative Committee of Belarus, it is said that the Russians were detained on suspicion of preparation for the organization of riots-that is, they have a common accusation with Tikhalovsky.

I can’t imagine how the security forces will now connect the “Wagner PMC”, the blog of Sergey Tikhanovsky and the political strategist from the USA Vitaly Shklyarova.
