On July 30, Myraan and Lukyanova were fined by judge Valentina Tsykunova under the article on organizing a public event (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code) because of the action on July 25.

“Myraan S.B., while on Lenin Square in Yakutsk, held a public event in support of the governor of Khabarovsk without notifying local authorities with the participation of about 30-35 people,” the court writes in the ruling.

Myraan herself claimed that she did not organize or conduct the action, but came there to meet a friend. She supported those gathered in the square, shouting several times “For Khabarovsk!” For Furgal!

However, the judge decided that Myraan organized the action. In this case, the court imposed a fine below the lower limit under Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences.

The same judge made a similar ruling against Lukyanov. However, according to the court, on July 25, in the same place as Myraan - on Lenin Square - and at the same time, Lukyanov held a picket that was not coordinated with the executive authorities.

Why the judge decided that the action took place in the format of a picket is not specified in the ruling. In this case, Lukyanov’s punishment was also assigned below the lower limit under the article.

Regarding Portnyagin, on July 31, Judge Lyudmila Kholmogorova imposed two fines under the same “organizational” part of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code. In both cases, Portnyagin admitted guilt.

The court imposed the first fine of 20 thousand rubles on a resident of Yakutsk because of the action on July 25: he allegedly held an unapproved rally. The reason for the second fine - also 20 thousand - was a message in the group “Friends of Shaman Alexander Gabyshev” on WhatsApp: on July 30, Portnyagin allegedly called for an action in support of Khabarovsk (probably, we are talking about the action on August 1).
