The Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg found Alexei Nikolaev, a member of the Steering Committee of the local branch of the Libertarian Party (LPR), guilty of organizing or holding a public event without approval (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code).
