The Khamovnichesky District Court found Dmitry Ivanov, the author of the Protest MSU telegram channel, guilty under an article on repeated violation of the rules for participation in a public event (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The court arrested Ivanov for 13 days.
