Speaking of Belarusian music, first of all, they usually recall Tim of Belarusian and Max Korzh (those born after 2000) or Lapis Trubetskoy (those who are older). Despite their importance, this story is not about them, but about less famous performers. Some of them will seem to be trapped from popular Western musicians, others can boast of a rather unusual sound, but together they show how diverse new music from Belarus can be.

"Union"

The Soyuz group is an almost win-win option for acquaintance with the indie scene of Belarus. Their music can be heard anyway and as much as you like - at least before bedtime, at least during runs and walks. An unhurried, slightly with longing for Soviet music, the sound is echoing with jazz and psychedelic. The recitative and some completely modern influences are visible only in joint tracks with other performers-for example, with Petar Martic (the soloist of the Pasosh group) and the Intourist group.

"Union"

The "Union" of those groups that will never become "too popular. Because of (or thanks), sounding that does not have in any way. But now the musicians are gathering halls in Minsk and Moscow. They can be listened to them, for example, at the Moscow Music Week festival (one of the first major offline festivals after quarantine), which will be held from September 2 to 5.

It is impossible to say for certain whether the name “brilliance of Bati” refers to the current political situation in Belarus, but it was a sin not to include the musician in the selection.
