In Kaliningrad, graffiti "strong in spirit" dedicated to the work of doctors during the Pandemia of the coronavirus appeared at the end of the Chekhov library.

In May 2020, a certain organization addressed the city administration, which wanted to draw graffiti on the library wall. The City Hall of Kaliningrad did not disclose what kind of organization it was, but said that the chief architect approved the sketch. The work was performed at the expense of the initiators.
