During the exercises in the Jewish Autonomous Region, the bridge fell, 18 people were injured, TASS said with reference to the emergency services of the region.

The incident occurred in the village named after Telman of the Smidovichi district during the exercises of the railway forces. The structures of the bridge collapsed, 18 people were injured. All of them are directed to the military hospital of Khabarovsk.

According to one version, safety precautions could be violated.

According to Interfax, the railway bridge collapsed . Boris Korolev also told the first deputy head of the Smidovic district to the agency, the administration was not requested by military assistance.
