At the second meeting of the court in the case of Mikhail Efremov, the actor refused to recognize himself

On August 6, the Presnensky district court continued to consider the case of actor Mikhail Efremov on the merits. He is accused of sitting drunk behind the wheel, he became the culprit of the accident on the garden ring, as a result of which 57-year-old courier Sergei Zakharov died. At the second meeting in the case, the court listened to five witnesses and studied material evidence - video from surveillance cameras and breasts of DPS employees. Efremov, on the other hand, refused to recognize himself on these records and continued to claim that he did not remember anything.

"Everyone said that the culprit of Efremov"

On the morning of August 6, journalists are crowding in front of the meeting in the Presnensky court. Operators with cameras this time were not allowed to go to court, so the crowd is smaller than yesterday. The lawyer of Mikhail Efremov Elman Pashayev is late, so the beginning of the meeting is delayed.

Several women who, like yesterday, came to support Efremov, again discuss alternative versions of what happened:

“He [Efremova] was simply brought in another car, pumped up with all sorts of rubbish,” says a woman of short tall in a blue polka dot dress.

“Yes, if he were driving, his kidneys would just fly away,” the man in a green T -shirt supports her.

Due to the late Pashayev, the meeting begins half an hour later. The side of the victims - the families of the deceased Sergei Zakharov - this time a new lawyer - Anna Butyrina. The judge asks if no one objects to her participation in the case.

“She was my assistant, professional, I don’t mind,” Pashayev says complacently.

“And I ask you to make a remark to Pashayev for his delay,” Butyrin is much less friendly.

Then the prosecution asks to organize the interrogation of the witness of Roman Shramko on the video, since he is in the Crimea. While lawyers express their opinion on this subject, Efremov writes something concentrated on the half of sheet A4, without reacting to what is happening.

The first court calls the witness Polina Gerasimenko. The bailiff leads a girl in a long striped dress in the courtroom. She stands behind the department with her back to the listeners, facing the judge and begins to testify:

- At the time of the accident, I was in the apartment, hearing the sound of a collision, went out onto the balcony. A traffic jam began to form on the highway, a white car was turned over, many people ran to it. I called an ambulance, called the scene of the accident.

Gerasimenko says that there was still a black car at the scene of the accident, but she could not consider his brand.

-Something moved significantly [at the scene]? - The evidence is asking the witness to the defense side.

“The white car was turned upside down,” Gerasimenko says. Then he explains that the car turned over the car, putting it again on the wheels. She did not see the injured Zakharov inside, it was too far.

The court calls the next witness - a black -haired girl in a brilliant sweater enters the hall. She says that her name is Ani Borisovna, but her name is not heard.

- I rode in the car and saw an accident after 2-3 minutes [after the collision]. The man in the car was still alive, he was still conscious, ”she tells the court and adds:“ I am just a doctor.

Ani says that she saw Efremov only when he was taken out of a jeep and put in a police car - before that Efremov was sitting in Grand Cherokee in the back seat with open doors.

“People tried to raise the car [in which Zakharov was] and open, but I said that it was better not to touch it,” she says. - The victim was clamped, the lower half of the body is not observed, the left hand is all in the blood.

- Was Efremov drunk? - asks Butyrin's lawyer.

“It seemed to me, yes,” says Ani. - He stood improperly on his feet, an unstable gait, could only move with the help of police officers.

- What did people say? - clarifies the lawyer of the victims Alexander Dobrovinsky.

“Everyone said that the culprit of Efremov,” the witness answers

- Have you personally saw Efremov at the wheel? - asks the lawyer Efremova Pashaev.

“No,” Ani answers.

- The fact that Efremov was driving is from the words of people? - continues Pashaev.

- Yes.

“Have you seen him in the car?” - Pashaev asks again

- He was taken out of the car. He just sat with open doors, ”the witness replies.

Already to the Dobrovinsky question, she explains:

- There were no shops there, he [Efremov] simply waited for an accident.

"Man, you almost killed us"

The next court calls the witness of Vladislav Zhenzher - this is a broad -shouldered guy with long hair and a wooden bracelet on his hand. As he later explained to the court, works in the field of tourism. His testimony is the most detailed and confident. He rode in the middle row from the Park of Culture, and then a black Cherokee jeep flew out of the lane, which was why he had to emergently slow down.

- For me it was not critical, but if I had not braked, I would have crashed. The driver [jeep] behaved khamsky, says the witness to Zhezhebir. - I tried to consider what for his numbers, that he was going so.

After that, Zhezhebir rode behind the jeep and saw his collision with a truck. He stopped with his friend Roman Shramko, who was traveling with him, ran across the road to the scene.

- Several people ran to Efremov’s car, opened the door, helped him get out of the car. At that moment I saw him from the back. But people begin to say: "Efremov, Efremov." He reached the parapet, crouched there. <...> Then he approached us, asked for a cigarette, began to ask if no one was injured. My friend says to him: “Man, you almost killed us,” says the witness.

While Zhezhebir tells this, Efremov with an absent look looks out the window.

“Can you say that the defendant and the person who got out of the car is the same face?” - asks one of the lawyers of the victims.

“Yes,” Zhezhebir says confidently.

Like the previous witness, he is sure that Efremov was drunk.

The lawyer of the victim Sergei Avertsev clarifies: did he lose Zhnzhebir Efremov from sight, while he walked from the car to the flowerbed?

“Talking to you, I see that a person does not get up on the other side of the room and does not leave,” says Zhezhebir. - If a person for a typewriter rises and leaves, I will understand, although I will not emphasize this.

Efremova’s lawyer Pashayev begins to ask the witness if he participated in the program “Let them talk” and how long he has been familiar with the lawyer Dobrovinsky. And then he suddenly asks:

- Tell me, are you a blogger?

“No, I have only 1300 subscribers, this is a little,” says Zhezhebir.

- Did you say to Skabeeva (TV presenter Olga Skabeeva) that Efremov left the passenger side? - asks Pashaev.

“I could make a reservation and get better right away,” says the witness of Zhezhebir.

- You did not say that there was another passenger - a woman who held on to her head? - continues Pashaev.

“He didn’t say,” the witness objects. - I asked the investigator why everyone was looking for a second passenger. <...> And he recalled that when I shot the video, a woman who grabbed her head was on him next to Efremov. I asked - maybe she?

The judge announces a five -minute break. During the break, Butyrin’s lawyer says that she was not an assistant, but Pashayev’s partner and this work experience was very negative: according to her, Pashayev was accused of extortion, but in the end the court gave him a suspended term under article 330 of the Criminal Code - arbitrariness.

- Question: How did he receive a lawyer status before three years after a conditional term? - says Butyrina. -And somewhere in North Ossetia ...

Pashayev himself, to the question of the "Medusa", answered this episode: "Write what you want."

"Let me leave, and then I will pay you money"

After a break, the court calls a new witness - this time this is a short -cut man in a blue shirt and with a very quiet voice, Kirill Pukhov. He says that he works in a pub, which Efremov often visits. According to Pukhov, Efremov was there on the day of the accident, and twice, in the afternoon and evening, and, apparently, he was drunk in the afternoon - Pukhov even decided to spend it home.

- I asked him: "Let me spend?" [He agreed], I went, spent, ”says Pukhov.

Efremov seems to be looking at the witness for the first time and whisper about something with Pashaev.

“Did you see him off as an interlocutor?” - Pashaev asks the question.

“You can say so,” Witness Pukhov nods.

After it, the court interrogates an expert who was supposed to evaluate the technical serviceability of the car. He says that Jeep Efremov had no damage in the steering mechanism.

- Did the car have supernatural abilities that would allow you to move without a driver? - clarifies Butyrina's lawyer.

“The car could not go without a driver,” the expert answers confidently.

The last witness is the locksmith of the Avilon auto center. The prosecutor asks him if the airbag will work in the Grand Cherokee jeep if there is no one in the passenger seat.

“There is no direct answer to this question,” says the witness. - But the front right seat is equipped with a passenger presence sensor. It is not related to the airbag system - it simply informs about the unsted belt. That is, the system [airbags] will work regardless of whether there is a passenger there or not.

After a clock break, the court begins to study other evidence: the accusation introduced the court several disks with videos. First, several videos that have already been published on the Internet are going on - from external video cameras and eyewitnesses with eyewitnesses with Efremov sitting on the flowerbed. After that, the assistant judge includes a video on the monitor from the breeding DVR of the police officer. The listeners do not see images, only the sound is heard.

- Are you a driver? - the police officer asks. In response, Efremov’s voice says something illegible. The lawyer of the victims Irina Khairullina in the break says that Efremov answers in the affirmative and pleading his guilt, and Pashayev claims that this was not on the video.

- Are there any documents? Your last name is how? - continues the police officer.

“Efremov,” Efremov replies to the video.

- Have you drank?

“Yes,” he answers.

“Do you understand what you have done?” Don't you understand? - the policeman continues to ask.

After watching several videos, lawyer Butyrina asks Efremov:

- We already watched several videos. Will you recognize yourself on them?

“With difficulty,” Efremov replies. - It is premature to speak.

“In the end, he will testify in full,” Pashayev promises.

- Mikhail Olegovich, did you recognize this person? - Butyrina does not give up.

“This is Mr. Hyde,” Efremov suddenly answers and clarifies. “Which is with Mr. Jackiel.”

After that, the court allows reporters to come closer and also watch videos. The monitor stands right in front of Efremov, and it becomes clear that he drew all this time on the sheet: the grille, the building of the Moscow Kremlin with balloons tied to it and hare ears.

In the video, the traffic police officer asks the doctor [speech, obviously, about Zakharov]:

- Will he survive?

“They will compete for him,” the doctor says.

After that, the court watches a video from the breast registrar of the second traffic police officer. On it, the police ask Efremov to blow in a tube and sign in the protocol, and he offers a braided tongue:

- Let me leave, and then I will pay you the money.

Efremov himself at that moment closes his eyes for several minutes.

Butyrina again asks him:

-Maybe something has changed, you recognized yourself on the video?

“I will not answer,” Efremov says. “I don't remember anything.”

- You will not recognize yourself? - asked Butyrina.

“I refuse to answer,” Efremov says.

The judge appoints the following court hearing for Friday, August 7. After the meeting, the lawyer Butyrin says that the defense side intends to file a civil lawsuit against Efremov on compensation for moral damage.

Pashayev, in a conversation with the Medusa correspondent, said that there are still no unambiguous testimony of witnesses that Efremov was behind the wheel.
