The court in Irkutsk fined another participant in the support of Sergei Furgal
The Kirovsky District Court of Irkutsk fined 10 thousand rubles to the participant in solidarity with the inhabitants of the Khabarovsk Territory Anna Chernyshova. About this OTD-Info was told by the civil activist Zakhar Sarapulov.
Chernyshov was found guilty under the article on participation in an inconsistent action that was interfering in the movement of transport and pedestrians (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The reason for this was the event that took place in Irkutsk on July 25.

For the same campaign, the court had already fined Vladimir Smolin and Natalia Podprugin. Smolin was fined 10 thousand rubles under the same article as Chernyshov, and the subprougin for 20 thousand rubles under the article on holding a promotion without submitting a notification (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses): it was recognized as the organizer of the action.
Since July 11, residents of the Khabarovsk Territory have been holding actions in support of ex-governor Sergei Furgal, demanding a public trial in Khabarovsk. On Saturday, July 25, the procession in Khabarovsk collected, according to various estimates, from 20 to 90 thousand participants. In Irkutsk, shares of solidarity with the Khabarovsk Territory were also held, there were no detentions.
The Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, Sergei Furgal, was detained on July 9, the FSB officers detained on suspicion of involvement in a number of custom -made murders. He was delivered to Moscow, where, by decision of the Basmanny District Court, Moscow was put into custody until September 9.
