The Volgograd police drew up a protocol for a local resident Elena Shein because of participation in the joint of solidarity with residents of the Khabarovsk Territory on August 1. Sheina herself reported this by the OVD-info.

As Sheina said, she was called to the department for drawing up the protocol on August 6, but she decided not to walk. As a result, the police issued a protocol on a violation of the rules for participation in a public event (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) without an activist, she has not yet received a copy of the document.
