But, of course, I do not approve the whole situation. ”

On the walls of residential buildings there are already battered and faded leaflets with a portrait of the older brother Sergei Furgal - Vyacheslav. “You have seen that one of us can. He sits in a trouser suit in a ajar car on one of the central streets of Vanino and feeds the pigeons crowded nearby from his hands with seeds.

"So many black cars came"

Jeanne, a large mother and activists of the local branch of the LDPR, her small house with a huge garden and a greenhouse in the village of Testament Ilyich - is ten minutes from Vanino by car. Near the house in the cages, chickens with a rooster are trampled, cows roam behind the fence, and a fluffy black dog is rushing next to the booth in the sun. In the corner of the room, it is like an iconostasis from a letter, photographs and symbols of the LDPR - caps, a backpack and a calendar.

“I sat in the election commission, when the governor was chosen, our two districts - Obagansky and Vaninsky - gave 89% of the votes for the van,” says Jeanne, draining the water from the pan with dumplings. - That's when the short was - it will be brought to the house of culture, everything is closed around, everywhere security, he sits in the hall. The children will perform in front of him, grandmothers will sing, arrived, ate and left. And in order to collect the whole hall of people and listen to everyone ... Everyone goes to Sergey Ivanch, he carries something from himself, he took away such piles of appeals from here! He could touch everyone, hug - to such an extent his own. The garbage dump is burning, everything is blowing from it to the village, and they report that everything has been closed for a long time. We are all shooting, he only flies on an airplane - and we have already sent him a video on Instagram.

According to the woman, the inhabitants had a “direct exit” to the van - “people threw him on Instagram, he watched all this, held his hand on the pulse.”

Jeanne recalls that about the arrival of the black string of cars and Degtyarev himself in their edges, she, like many of her neighbors, immediately found out: “Everyone knows each other here. Both the district police officer and all of ours who usually go out for protests.

As soon as they found out that the acting is here - and there so many black cars arrived - they immediately intercepted on the highway, went after him. And our man went to the school that he examined and put him a piece of paper. ”

The “piece of paper” said about the construction of the next coal terminal in the village of Testament Ilyich - right on Cape Veryel, near the most popular local beach. And about the fears and fears of local residents in connection with this construction. Degtyarev became interested and drove to the construction site.

“We arrived before him for a construction site,” Jeanne continues. - And the workers are pushing us, they say: this is our place. They called the police. Locals are very proud of the video where Sergey Furgal is captured, reporting at a hardware meeting of ministers for the construction started without notifying the authorities of the region. The meeting took place two weeks before his arrest:

Coal instead of crabs

When Furgal on the video indicates that “everything was destroyed by carbon,” he has in mind numerous open coal terminals in Vanino. Jeanne says that due to the coal transshipment close to the water from the coastal zone, there was a lot of fish: “Previously, in this bay there was only a line of bald. And crabs, and shrimp, and dolphins came here.

And in Vanino, now who catches crabs break them - they are black inside. ”

In the covenants of Ilyich, everything is not so bad. Almost by the seashore, sea cats looked even once with us. When the fishermen sit down to catch a pink salmon, a kettle on a grid, and the heads of seals are visible next to him - you need to be alert so that the cats do not get ahead of the fishermen themselves.

- We used to not get out here: the base of fishing, so many military units. And now people are leaving, if there is someone to leave for-to Khabarovsk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, ”says Jeanne. -There is nothing in the village, there is a theater, but there is no disco even. Degtyarev also said that, of course, development needs to be here. Our prices have grown two or three times lately. Utility payments - tall, about 13 thousand in winter. And in stores, our girls receive about 23 thousand. The most prestigious professions here are military personnel and those who work on terminals.

Surprisingly, in Vanino and the covenants of Ilyich, prices are really higher than in Khabarovsk itself. There is a university in Vanino, but a little young people decide to continue their studies here, basically everyone is trying to leave. Therefore, in the village there are so few young people over 18 years of age, even all those who rest on caccacheles on the square in the square in the evening are schoolchildren.

But the police say to me: "Jeanne, to be honest, we ourselves see such a piece of paper for the first time, we do not know what it is." They are also for us, for Sergey Ivanovich.

There are no slogans against the president here, unlike Khabarovsk,. But the locals still do not hide the disappointments of his position. Zhanna says: “Putin did not say a word, sat quietly for ten days, and then signed the paper about the distrust of Furgal. And we still thought that the president would answer - well what?
