A resident of Rostov-on-Don Andrei Andrukh was fined 75 thousand rubles for shooting a video in support of the inhabitants of Khabarovsk, who go to rallies for the arrested ex-governor Sergei Furgal. The activist himself told MBH Media about this.

“I was fined 75 thousand under part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. We recorded a video in support of Khabarovsk, shouted "Khabarovsk we are with you." In fact, the court appointed a fine below the minimum bar, ”the activist explained.

On August 1, promotions were held throughout Russia in support of residents of the Khabarovsk Territory. It is known about the detention of at least 66 people. Most of the participants in the shares were detained in St. Petersburg - 22. there the detentions took place during a spontaneous procession along Nevsky Prospekt and on the Field of Mars.
