
A resident of Rostov-on-Don Andrei Andrukh was fined 75 thousand rubles for shooting a video in support of the inhabitants of Khabarovsk, who go to rallies for the arrested ex-governor Sergei Furgal. The activist himself told MBH Media about this.
“I was fined 75 thousand under part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. We recorded a video in support of Khabarovsk, shouted "Khabarovsk we are with you." In fact, the court appointed a fine below the minimum bar, ”the activist explained.
